Mario Schifano: Monocromi

M&L Fine Art is delighted to present an exhibition dedicated to the artist Mario Schifano, with a special focus on the artist’s ‘Monochromes’: a series of paintings realized by the Roman artist between 1960 and 1962. The exhibition is accompanied by a poetic text titled “My childhood is now here today” which Laura Cherubini composes to frame the context and philosophy characterizing Schifano's works, focusing specifically on the monochromatic identity as key to access Schifano's practice.
